MPC
Mental Performance Consultants (MPC) provide athletes and coaches with tools and support that can be applied to various high performance settings to achieve their goals and optimize personal growth. Drawing on empirical research and evaluation of interventions, the focus of MPC is on careful assessment of individual and team needs and the application of critical thinking and conceptualization.
Individual and group consultation sessions include an initial assessment, personalized program development, and evaluation. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. The number of sessions and length will vary based on individual and organizational needs.
Snodgrass & Duff provides the option for teams and organizations to include Clinical Counselling services for athletes and coaches in addition to MPC support.
