Individual Sessions

Counselling is the process by which a practitioner aims to enhance self-knowledge, emotional acceptance, growth and the development of personal resources with their client. An individual's path to growth might include working with many complex feelings and experiences. Change can be facilitated through exploring parts of oneself and one's life that are preventing optimal wellness and performance at work, school, sports and in relationships.

What to Expect

Individual counselling includes an overview of your concerns and goals. Through a collaborative process, we explore the interaction of your body, mind, and environment within a therapeutic relationship that is curious, positive, and safe. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The number of sessions provided is based on each person's unique needs and preferences and will be revisited throughout the therapeutic process.
