Group Therapy
Group therapy provides the opportunity to explore a shared experience or topic of interest in a safe environment facilitated by a registered professional. The aim of group therapy is to help members connect with their feelings, implement new perspectives and behaviours, and receive support from other members. Group therapy is the gold standard treatment for addiction as this approach values healing through connection. The style of the group ranges from psychoeducational, skill-based knowledge and acquisition, and process oriented.

Workshop Series
Snodgrass & Duff offers eight week virtual psychoeducational workshops on a variety of topics pertaining to lifestyle, wellness, and performance. The focus is on incorporating experiential learning opportunities with the intention of bringing the mind and body into the learning process. These workshops are 90 minutes in duration and are offered on evenings and weekends.
